Founded in 2015 by Neurologist Malik M. Hasan in Pueblo, Colorado, NuVue Pharma opened as a cultivation and extraction facility dedicated to a continued investment in research and development further unlocking the treasure trove of molecules existing in cannabis. Pueblo Colorado serves as headquarters housing both medical and recreational dispensaries along with our cultivation and laboratory facilities. We have since added additional locations in the state including Pueblo, Denver, and Colorado Springs. We operate 7 dispensary locations which also include Pueblo County, Trinidad, Cortez, and Gunnison. Additionally, NuVue Pharma is in the early stages of planning to expand into new markets starting in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Our logo pays homage to one of the earliest known references to cannabis, a hieroglyph of the ancient Egyptian Goddess, Seshat. The hieroglyph found in the Amun Temple at Luxor depicts Seshat as believed to be a hemp leaf above her head dating from around 1250BCE.
In our quest for the continued research and development of cannabis and its properties, we have built a state-of-the-art hydroponic indoor cultivation program from the ground up. Our climate-controlled greenhouses and growing rooms allow for maximum control of as many variables as possible to cultivate and produce award-winning medical and recreational cannabis products at an affordable price.
Since our inception, our talented cultivators and phenohunters have created over a dozen strains unique to NuVue Pharma including Purple Nile, Anubis OG, and Sphinx to name a few. Over 50 strains are being grown, processed, and packaged alongside some popular strains such as Flo Limone’, Hercules, Sumo Grande, Slazerbeam, and Headband.
Rocky Mountain Extracts is our in-house research, development, and extraction laboratory. Equipped with the latest in cannabis extraction technology, our team of passionate technicians craft cannabis extractions and concentrates for use by our medical patients as well as the recreation community. Extractions are also being heavily researched for further development into other products.
Our Tru Nu cannabinoid products are just some of the products that have entered the marketplace due to our teams dedication. Tru Nu Cannabinoid Lotion, Tru Lube Massage Oil, and Tru Nu Arctic are all manufactured alongside the other cannabis oils and concentrates such as distillate, broad-spectrum extracts, shatter, wax, budder, live resin, and more.
